Antonis is a Greek-American entrepreneur, a licensed real estate broker and co-founder of KERA Properties, with an extensive cross-border experience in the United States and Greece. He studied Liberal Arts with a major in Economics at Hunter College (CUNY) in New York, as well as he established a legal foundation in Executive, Penal, and Real Property Law through comprehensive training in NY Notary Public Licensing Law—at the New York Real Estate Institute (NYREI).

Active in the real estate industry since 2008, Antonis has navigated the complexities of both the New York and Greek markets, collaborating with premier real estate firms as well as development and construction companies. Licensed to practice real estate in New York, he specialized in residential rentals and sales in downtown Manhattan and Queens, affiliated with several brokerage firms. Furthermore, he developed significant technical expertise within a family-owned contracting corporation, co-overseeing luxury renovations throughout Manhattan, an experience that provided him with a unique understanding of property value and development.

In 2010, a significant milestone in his career was serving as a director of a newly incepted SPV and a lead presenter of a specialized symposium in Athens titled “Real Estate Investments in the USA”. At this event, a US off-market investment portfolio exceeding $5 billion was presented, including high-value assets such as world-class hotels, medical centers, shopping malls, and residential/commercial building packages. By hosting distinguished New York analysts and a sophisticated audience of Greek investors, solidifying his reputation as a key intermediary between both markets. Most recently in 2020, he entered the Greek luxury real estate market through the global network of Barnes International Realty, where he served as Regional Head of the Ionian Islands, advising a prestigious, high-net-worth clientele.
